Trap is designed for use with material that is likely to foam. Prevents sample from being drawn into the condenser. Top outer joint is 24/40 and the traps are made to eliminate flask run out.

This variation allows you to adapt a rotary evaporator trap to a variety of GL-Threaded media bottles including wide-mouth bottles. Used for concentration or removal of solvent from single or multiple samples. This adapter allows easy removal so that you can place a solid cap to store samples.
