NDS Economy systems are designed to the same exact performance standards as the integrated HPLC systems.
Our system comes with 2 seperate caps for performing filtration and sparging / delivery.

• You can achieve vacuum degassing by simply closing the valve on the solvent pick up adapter.
• The three hole cap is used to helium sparge and deliver the mobile phase to the pump system.
• Because of the helium-tight seal, sparging is completed effiecently.
• The filtering cap is a universial adapter and can be used for other filtration applications, including into GL 45 Media Bottles.

This economy system is designed to the same exact performance standards as the integrated HPLC system for the Chromotographers who want the convenience of filtering directly into an NDS HPLC Reservoir but do not need the air tight cap system.

The plastic coating blocks all UV light up to 380nm, and it also helps to contain glass fragments to allow for the safe disposal of the contents. Excellent chemical resistance with borosilicate glass and PTFE components. PTFE tubing connections are made using 1/4-28 fittings.

If you would like to filter directly into this system, an additional filtering cap with solvent pick up adapter is needed. [2267]

• An optional 90mm conversion base allows you to use both 47mm and 90mm assemblies.

Manufactured from chemically inert, borosilicate glass, these flat bottom, HPLC reservoirs include a UV-inhibiting, plastic safety coating which blocks virtually all UV up to 385nm; so your light-sensitive reagents are protected. The safety coating will also help control a spill should a break occur. The top thread is GL-45 for connection to various HPLC mobile phase cap systems. Permanent graduations and marking spot are included.

Conical bottom reservoirs are designed for the delivery of virtually all of the HPLC mobile phase without having to tilt the reservoir dangerously on edge. Integral indents in the conical section provide enhanced mixing of solvents when used with a magnetic stirrer. Made from the most chemically inert borosilicate glass, these reservoirs limit the leaching of extractables into the mobile phase solvents contained. An external, blue-tinted, plastic coating protects light-sensitive solvents from degradation while adding a measure of safety should breakage occur. The coating blocks virtually all ultraviolet light up to 385 nm and is autoclavable.
