Design provides a number of improvements over NMR tube washers that are currently available. All parts are made of PTFE and borosilicate glass. Internal solvent tubes are PTFE which eliminates NMR and solvent tube breakage. NMR tube caps can be used to plug holes if less than five tubes are to be cleaned. Integral valve allows for solvent wash and air dry with a 1/4 turn. Supplied complete with top tube holder [PTFE] valve assembly, 1 liter bottle, 2' PTFE tubing. [5] each, nuts, ferrules, tubing 1/16" or 1/8" and ethylene propylene o-rings.

Method of Operation

Step #1 Assemble solvent/vacuum assembly to reservoir.

Step #2 Screw solvent pick up line into valve. Insert into solvent bottle.

Step #3 Attach vacuum hose.

Step #4 Slide O-rings over NMR tubes approx 25mm. Insert into top cap.

Step #5 Turn solvent valve to evacuate position. Turn on vacuum.

Step #6 Evacuate system.

Step #7 Turn solvent valve to Solvent Wash position. Solvent should flow into NMR tubes.

Step #8 After wash, turn solvent valve to air dry position.
